Frank Busch founded Thomas Title & Escrow in 2006, when he saw an opportunity in the market for a company that truly understood the legal components of a real estate deal. He later founded Global Partners Exchange for the same reason. Prior to founding real estate companies, he served as Corporate Counsel of a $4 billion bank holding company, where he was responsible for advising the bank and its affiliates on M&A, regulatory matters, and credit decisions. From 2000 to 2002, he was a corporate and securities lawyer in the Phoenix office of Snell & Wilmer L.L.P., one of the largest firms in the Western US. His practice focus was advising public and private companies in M&A, debt and equity issuances, securitizations and venture capital financings. Prior to Snell & Wilmer, he worked in the Mexico City office of the international law firm Baker & McKenzie.
